1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Bling has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, account, or behavior involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.

2. Detection and Enforcement

We investigate reports, moderate user-generated content, and take action against accounts that violate these standards. Enforcement may include content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, and preservation of relevant information for safety review and legal compliance.

3. User Reporting

Bling allows users to report safety concerns in-app. Reports that involve suspected child exploitation, CSAM, grooming, or related abuse are escalated for urgent review.

4. Cooperation With Authorities

Where required by applicable law, Bling reports relevant child safety violations to appropriate regional or national authorities and cooperates with lawful requests related to investigations of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

5. Account and Access Restrictions

Users may not use Bling to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors. Users may not use the platform to facilitate abuse, predatory behavior, or exploitative contact with children.
